Who we are
A kitchen that does not hurry
This house has stood since 2014, when Trattorian Artisan Food opened in a small square in the old town. ITALIEN is its fourth roof — and the largest.
"Compagnia di Famiglia" is not a slogan on a façade. It is how we think about service: a guest is not a table that has to be freed up, but someone invited to stay.
Suppliers we know by name. Handwritten recipes. An oven that demands attention.
What is on the plate
Everything written down, for every dish
Ingredients, weight, allergens. If there is something you cannot eat, filter the menu and only what you can eat remains. Or tell your waiter — they know.
