Here you create your own account for the internal system — procedures, shift reports, documents, floor plan. You choose the password and nobody else knows it, not even your manager.

The account does not work straight away. Once you submit, your manager sees it and approves it. Only then can you sign in. On a working day this usually takes minutes, not days.
