Put ITALIEN on your phone

Each app is for someone different. Pick yours, or send a person their own link — it is written under each one.

No App Store, no Google Play. They install straight from here, in ten seconds, and update themselves along with the site.

ITALIEN

For guests

The menu, booking a table, the loyalty account and its points. This is the app guests put on their phones.

ITALIEN Lucru

For waiters, kitchen and bar

Shift announcements, opening and closing procedures, your shift report and your documents. Your phone rings when a new announcement arrives.

ITALIEN Time Clock

For the whole team

Clock in, take a break, clock out — one tap, from the door. The same app shows the team calendar, files your time-off requests and lets you swap shifts.

ITALIEN Rezervări

For the tablet at the door

The day’s bookings on one screen, with the floor plan beside them. It opens straight into the list, without going through the rest of the panel.

ITALIEN Sala

For the floor screen

Table calls and the floor plan, with statuses updating live. It stays open all evening, on a tablet or on the wall screen.

ITALIEN Magazie

For whoever takes stock off the shelf

The tablet by the storeroom door. You sign in with your PIN, pick what you took and how much — so the register knows who took it, not who logged in last.

ITALIEN Banii

For the owner and accounting

How much cash is in the drawer right now, what is due this week, and how the month is going. Opens anywhere: on the way to a supplier, at the bank, or at home in the evening.

ITALIEN Carnetel

For waiters and the kitchen

The order pad, on your phone. Open the table, write down what was asked for with everything that needs asking, and send it to the stations. In the kitchen, tickets appear with the table written large.

ITALIEN Shopping

For section heads and whoever buys

The shopping list, on your phone. In the evening it comes straight out of the kitchen stock sheet: the products you wrote a quantity against. You sign it and it goes. In the morning, at the store, you write down what you actually found — and you see at once what is missing and what will fall below the buffer.

ITALIEN Messages

For the whole team

Team messages on your phone: groups, photos and documents, and everything said stays with the restaurant. A watermark carries the name of whoever is looking — a screenshot says who took it.

ITALIEN Panou

For management

The whole admin panel, one tap away: menu, bookings, announcements, recipes, users, settings.
